Tasting notes

Golden yellow in colour, the aroma recalls tomato leaf; it is pronounced and pleasant as it unfolds offering a range of notes from apple, pear to apricot. The palate is agreeable, slightly tannic, sturdy and full bodied.

Soft pneumatic pressing, fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at between 18 - 20° C. The wine ages in stainless steel tanks for approximately 6 months. It is bottled after about 7 months from the harvest.

Particularly suitable with desserts, especially biscuits and light pastries, or with mature cheeses.
