Straw yellow in colour, the aroma is varietal and intense with typical hints ofvanilla, lime blossom and almond. The palate is dry, aromatic, vibrant and rounded.

Soft pneumatic pressing, fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at between 18 - 20° C. The wine ages in stainless steel tanks for approximately 6 months. It is bottled after about 7 months from the harvest.
Particularly heavyweight which complements warm cooked appetisers, fish with sauce, and mature cheeses.
