Tasting notes

Intense ruby red colour, the wine displays a slightly herbaceous scent with hints of morello cherry, prune and bramble. The flavour offers subtle notes of grass and supple tannins.

Vine training system



Soft pneumatic pressing, followed by long maceration and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at about 27° C. The wine ages in stainless steel tanks for approximately 6 - 7 months. It is bottled after about 8 months from the harvest.
