Fior di Rosa

Tasting notes

Wine made from Merlot grapes without remaining skins, except for a very short time. A nice rose colour tending to pale cherry; on the nose it is vinous, vibrant and pleasant. In the mouth it is lean, well-orchestrated and round.

Vinification

Soft pneumatic pressing; fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at between 18 - 20° C. The wine ages in stainless steel tanks for approximately 6 months. It is bottled after about 7 months from grape harvest.

Food pairing

It perfectly complements charcuteries, pasta dishes with vegetables, delicate white meat and mild cheeses.
