Cuvée metodo classico

Tasting notes

Intense and fresh, the complex range of aromas slowly unfold offering layers of sensations. The Pinot Nero produced in the eastern edge beyond Gorizia, recalls the rural flavours of Zeuka-apple cake, genuine fragrances of the old days that take you back to joyful and pleasant family moments. We like to define this wine as being a genuine expression of the rolling hills of the north-eastern corner of Friuli. We have long wished and worked hard to accomplish this result, and we are really proud of what our land has managed to express through the Classic method.
