This Brut is a blend of two varieties of grapes: Ribolla Gialla and Pinot Bianco. All three varieties are grown in the same locality and are intended for the production of the sparkling wine. Brilliant with persistent sparkle, on the nose it displays a scent of delicate wild flowers that is vibrant and lingering. In the mouth, the wine offers a good elegant structure, and an attractive long finish.

Charmat method (Martinotti) featuring a long fermentation in large pressurized tanks at a controlled temperature.

Particularly suitable as an aperitif, goes well with fish or seafood appetisers, and vegetable tempura. Excellent also with fish dishes.
