Tasting notes

Straw yellow with greenish highlights. It displays characteristic aromas with hints of acacia blossoms. It is dry and full with a typical pleasantly bitter finish.

Guyot and double arched cane.


Soft pneumatic pressing, fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at between 18 - 20° C. The wine ages in stainless steel tanks for approximately 6 months. It is bottled after about 7 months from the harvest.

Food pairing

Particularly suitable with lean appetizers, light soups, fish based dishes, and white meat.

8 - 12 °C
