More or less intense straw-yellow with light greenish hues. It displays a pleasantly delicate array of aromas with hints of meadow blossoms and green apple. In the mouth it is dry, pronounced and velvety, with a characteristic almond finish.

Soft pneumatic pressing, fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at between 18 - 20° C; the wine ages in stainless steel tanks for approximately 6 months. It is bottled after about 7 months from the harvest.
Particularly suitable as an aperitif, or served with lean appetizers, consommé, and white meat dishes. Goes perfectly with the prosciutto of Cormòns.
