The Pinot Nero produced in the eastern edge beyond Gorizia, recalls the rural flavours of Zeuka-apple cake, genuine fragrances of the old days that take you back to joyful and pleasant family moments. We like to define this wine as being a genuine expression of the rolling hills of the north-eastern corner of Friuli. We have long wished and worked hard to accomplish this result, and we are really proud of what our land has managed to express through the Classic method.

This Brut is a blend of two varieties of grapes: Ribolla Gialla and Pinot Bianco. All three varieties are grown in the same locality and are intended for the production of the sparkling wine. In the mouth, the wine offers a good elegant structure, and an attractive long finish.
